Art 2 is a course available to those who've completed Art 1. It's made up of 7th and 8th graders who wish to continue Art after Art 1. Tutorials are available for anyone who feels they need extra help or aren't understanding the concepts taught in class.

Advanced Art
(Leonardo Da Vinci)
Advanced Art is for students who plan to attend Pre-AP art in high school. It's open for 8th graders who have completed Art 1 by recommendation. Weekly sketchbook assignments are expected of students, and full effort is required. If you don't get something done in class you need to try to attend tutorials and catch up. This is an advanced class, hence Advanced Art. If you can't fully commit, it might be hard to have time to get work done. If you don't want that kind of class or just don't have the time that's fine, Art 3 is available. But we'd love to have you if you think it's something you want. Only one class period is given for Advanced Art students, so teachers can only select so many students to take it as an elective.
Sketchbooks Sketchbook assignments are due every Friday. Unless instructed other wise, you may choose from the list of ideas.
