Coaches have visited with many athletes as we enter 8 weeks of school, workouts and
competitions. There are so many obstacles, setbacks, adversities, and injuries involved with
sports. We want to reassure our athletes when they are feeling frustrated, nervous, or even
scared. Coaches want to refocus on more positive and productive thoughts and efforts – shift
their minds from distractions and to more workable solutions. Coaches remind our athletes to
be their best in all that they do! Be the best of themselves! What efforts they give!!
