Off season getting started with weightroom/track/indoor workouts to build strength, endurance, quickness, agility and teamwork. Athletes are doing well and building for their future. Bigger, Faster, Stronger!
Our MISD Character Word of the Week has been “Roles”. Coaches visited with athletes about discovering their role on their team. Our Athletes of the week are: Kayla Minst, Rebekah Welty, Catie McGill, Chloe Sormunen, Cole Witte, Jared Phelan, Korbin Bell, Jackson Oliver, Robert Stroh.
Basketball Teams will have non-mandatory practices on Nov. 24th / Nov. 28th. Coaches will send out times and more info asap.
