7th Grade Lionette Volleyball swept Prosper Rushing Thursday night. All 3 Lionette teams won big.
B Team defeated Rushing 25-10, 25-4. Ava Hutchison and Quinn Corich had 6 and 7 aces respectively. Ava's serve won 17 service points while Quinn's serve won 10 service points. Sophia Lane led the front row attack.
A Team won over Prosper Rushing 25-10, 25-9 Thursday night. Lauren Uribe served up 7 aces, scored 19 service points, had 1 assist, and 2 kills. Charlotte Marr added 4 aces.
C Team also won by the score of 25-6, 25-15. Ava James had 6 aces and 6 service points. Ava Simpson added 5 aces and 9 service points. Kendall McCord led the front row attack. Next week the Lionettes play Prosper Reynolds at Dowell.

B team started off the night with a clean 2 set win 25-18 and 25-23. Aniyah Johnson had 4 aces, Cissy Jurney had 8 digs, Izzy Fiori had 10 assists, and Sofia Bautista had 6 kills.
A team continued the excitement with another 2 set win 25-20 and 25-11. Adi Vanover had 3 aces and 14 assists, Grace Edwards had 8 digs, and Shealyn Murray had 6 kills.
C team took it home winning our first 3 set match of the year 25-11, 19-25, and 15-4. Selah Naff and Kady Huggins both had 10 aces!!!! Ava Dowling had 3 kills, and Sophie Davies had her head in the game with 3 digs.
